ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This project focuses on exploratory AI design work for Dealroom AI, featuring a generic UI branding. The design aimed to create a seamless flow for assessing the viability of mergers for companies interested in acquisitions. The AI system is intended to automate and expedite the creation of Preliminary Due Diligence reports, a process that traditionally requires extensive research.

I was the UI/UX Designer for this work.

THE GOAL

The primary goal was to significantly reduce the time required to complete Preliminary Due Diligence reports, which can typically take up to a month or more. The AI design accelerates this process by completing the bulk of the research in just minutes. It gathers and fills out essential information about both companies involved, particularly focusing on areas such as Finance, IT, Legal, and HR. Additionally, the AI provides users with the capability to rewrite specific sections as needed.
